Registration Fees

Registration fees are based on the type of organisation or institution you are primarily representing at the conference.

✨ Early Bird discount: Participants belonging to Community groups and collectives (local, national, regional), who register during the Early Bird registration period, will receive a 10% discount on the applicable registration fee, subject to registration review and approval by the organising team.

✨ Additional fees: In addition to the registration fee, Eventpop may charge a Ticketing Fee, Service Charge, and Payment Gateway Fee at checkout. These charges are determined by Eventpop and the selected payment method and are the responsibility of the participant.

As our team needs to review the submitted forms, we kindly request your patience in waiting for your confirmation emails. Please note that you will need to complete the payment process detailed inside the confirmation emails to confirm your place in AFLC 2027.

If you have submitted a session proposal for AFLC 2027, we encourage you to wait until the proposal review results are announced latest 31 August 2026 before proceeding with registration. If your proposal is selected for a scholarship, you will receive a scholarship code that waives the registration fee. Waiting until the proposal review is complete will help avoid duplicate registrations and unnecessary payments.
