AFLC 2027 is now accepting session proposals. We welcome a range of session formats, including workshops, dialogues, strategy discussions, skill-sharing sessions, storytelling, and creative or participatory activities. Sessions that centre LBQ experiences, movement-building strategies, and cross-regional learning are particularly prioritised.
AFLN’s primary focus is on Southeast Asia, South Asia, and East Asia. We encourage session proposals that highlight these regions.
The call for proposals will be open from 2 April 2026 to 31 May 2026, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Parallel sessions usually last 1.5 hours. If you propose something of a different length, please specify this in your method in the questions below. Please note that due to limited resources, not all sessions will be selected. We will get back to you about your session selection results by 31 August 2026 at the latest.
Selected sessions may be considered for scholarships that cover the full 4‑day conference fee, round‑trip airfare, shared hotel accommodation, per diem, and airport transportation. Only the Session Representatives (up to 02 people) listed in this form will be considered for these scholarships.
Scholarships are limited, so we encourage applicants to explore additional funding options in advance (e.g., through your organisation, existing funders, crowdfunding, or local embassies).
